Field Sales Representative — Fiber Internet & Mobile
1099 Independent Contractor | DC Metro • North New Jersey • New York City | 100% Commission — Uncapped Earning Potential
The Opportunity
KPG is hiring driven, hunter-mentality independent contractors to sell fiber internet and mobile services within multi-family residential communities across the DC Metro, North New Jersey, and New York City markets. You’ll be assigned a territory of approximately 50–100 properties and own the full sales cycle — from building relationships with property staff to securing on-site access to closing residents.
This is a 100% commission role built for people who want uncapped earning potential and the independence to run their own territory.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with property managers and staff to gain tabling access and community presence
- Run on-site tabling events and community activations to engage residents directly
- Sell fiber internet and mobile service plans to residents within your assigned properties
- Manage and prioritize your own pipeline across your territory
What You’ll Need
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation to travel within your territory
- A self-starter mindset comfortable prospecting, opening doors, and closing independently
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door, telecom, or property outreach is a plus — but not required
What You’ll Earn
- 100% commission — uncapped earning potential
- Example: closing 5 internet accounts and one 3-line mobile offer in a single week could earn roughly $1,600; actual earnings vary based on performance and territory
